1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 24 hours.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders across India to ensure transparency:

• Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹49 will be applied to all orders at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery Time: * Metros: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email and SMS containing your Tracking Number. You can track your Shaquib Appliances parcel in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for most pin codes in India. Please ensure the exact amount of your order (including the ₹49 shipping fee) is ready at the time of delivery.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

Shaquib Appliances takes full responsibility for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged package:

• Please record an unboxing video as proof.

• Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a free replacement.

6. Delivery Area

We currently ship to almost all reachable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
