Refund and Return Policy - Shaquib Appliances

At Shaquib Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to assist you through our streamlined return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

You are eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged Product: If the product was received in a broken or damaged condition at the time of delivery.
Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received does not match the model, color, or specifications of the product you ordered.
Manufacturing Defects: If the product is delivered with a technical or manufacturing fault.

Note: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and the invoice intact. Any product that shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Proof Required: You must provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product to help us verify your claim.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund:

Refund Timeline: The refund amount will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 7 to 10 working days.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund amount directly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless delivered damaged).
Home appliances or decor items that have been installed or used.
